2. The transportation within 30 miles.

3. Two weeks of refrigeration.

4. A corrugated fiber board for the cremation process. 

5. A standard size plastic urn.  

6. One permit for disposition at no cost to you.

7. The cremation tax fee at no cost to you.

8. You are responsible for the cost of, how many death certificates you request.

9. Each Death Certificate is $26.00 each
